This Privacy Policy Statement details how the CNMI Special Supplemental Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) uses and protects personally identifiable information. This privacy policy only applies to the My CNMI WIC website. The CNMI WIC Program values your privacy and will not share any information collected, shared or uploaded with any outside entities.

WIC Eligibility Assessment for New Users

My CNMI WIC users provide information regarding where you live, participation on other government programs, income, and family to determine if you and/or your family qualify for WIC services. The information provided may also be used to help ensure the appropriate nutritional benefits are issued to qualified WIC participants. A CNMI WIC clinic representative may contact you with additional questions or to schedule an appointment.

Existing Users

My CNMI WIC users will be able to review upcoming appointment information (if applicable) and provide information to help determine if you and/or your family qualify for WIC services. The information provided may also be used to help ensure the appropriate nutritional benefits are issued to qualified WIC participants.

Sign in with Facebook or Google

My CNMI WIC users create an account by signing in with either their Facebook or Google account. My CNMI WIC obtains the email address associated with your Facebook or Google account to create your My CNMI WIC account. My CNMI WIC does not save, use or update any information linked to your Facebook or Google account. The CNMI WIC Program will not share any information you provide in My CNMI WIC to Google or Facebook.

Data Processing

The CNMI WIC Program utilizes and processes the caregiver and family information provided, including: first name, last name, date of birth, phone number, email address, residency information, to determine eligibility for the CNMI WIC Program.
